Get Under The Door Way, Fast!

Yesterday we drove to Wellington. We were meeting up with Matt and Erin (my dad's cousins). Matt will soon be Erin's husband! Wellington is where they live right now. They came to our hotel room and we all sat down and talked. While we were talking, we experienced an earthquake. It was small at first, but then it started to grow. It got so bad that Matt and Erin started to worry, which made us worry more! When it wouldn't stop, they told us to get under a doorway. The door is the most supported part of a room. The earthquake lasted about two minutes and was scaled a 6.3. This quake was almost as big as the one in Christchurch, and we were in a 20 story building! I never want to be in an earthquake again!
