Fruit Farm

Yesterday we left the Bay Of Islands and drove south six hours, until we arrived at "A Piece Of Heaven".  We stayed here last year when we went to New Zealand.  Read my previous blog titled "A Piece Of Heaven" to find out why I call it that.  Sue and Derrick (the owners) got only one new thing on their farm.  They got white ducks.  They have a pair and three ducklings.  Rimu (their JackRussell) remembered us and was very hyper when we arrived.  We unpacked and walked around their orchard.  Most of the fruits were ripe so we got to pick some things.  This morning we did schoolwork.  At lunchtime we went to a water park.  This was no ordinary water park.  This water park was homemade, and was not built with plastic slides and pools.  The one pool it had was a deep spot in a river.  The rest of the park had zip lines, water cannons, and many more homemade attractions.  The water park mascots were two HUGE pigs.  It might have been the best water park I have ever been to!
