Spa by Ryan

This morning we got up and did some more schoolwork. We went to a nice cafe for lunch. After lunch we went to Hot Water Beach. Hot Water Beach is basically a beach with hot water that seeps out of the sand at certain places. It was so crowded! We found a place and dug a hot tub. In some places the water that seeps out of the ground was so hot that it burned us. After several hours of relaxation we decided it was time to go back home. We stopped by the grocery store to pick up dinner and Kylie fell and scraped her knee. After dinner we played with Ruru (the owner's dog) then went to bed. Did you know that there were no mammals living on New Zealand before it was settled (besides two types of bats)?
