Those are ramutans - I think they are the same as leche fruit! You pinch the middle and break it open and pop it in your mouth. The funny part is that there is a huge seed in the middle so it's like chewing on a sweet thing but you never actually get any of the "meat" of the fruit. It's gooey like a big gummy bear and sweet!
